Chicken Madrasi Handi
INGREDIENTS
Chicken legs 1 kg
Green chili 5
Garlic 1 tablespoon
Oil ½ cup
Salt 1-1/2 teaspoon
Green cardamom 4-6
Ginger slice 3 tablespoon
Red chili powder 1-1/2 tablespoon
Cumin 1 tablespoon
Coriander powder 2 tablespoon
Turmeric 1 teaspoon
Nutmeg 1 pinch
Tomato paste 2 tablespoon
Whole garam masala 1 tablespoon
Garam masala powder 1 teaspoon
Green coriander (finely cut) 1/3 bunch
Cream ½ cup
Cloves 4-6
Large onion 2
METHODS
Flame oil and fry onion and garlic.
Then fry tomato paste, red chili powder, turmeric, cumin, cloves, and coriander powder for 5 minutes.
Now adds 2 cup water add masala and grind it in a blender.
